  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Perfect / Samson stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Squat stretch
  • Review all WOD exercises
    Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
    WOD #1:
    "Acronyms Gone Bad"
    Five rounds, 30 seconds each station, rest 30 seconds between rounds.  One point for each rep.
    • KBP (push)
    • KTE (midline flex)
    • JPU (pull)
    • RDL (midline extend)
    • OHS (hip open / close)
    Post-WOD skill / strengthening / conditioning:
    • Deadlift 5x3
