The folks at Yard Fitness have a good tagline:  "Feel comfortable in your own skin".  And they did a good job making their point in their commercials.

Feeling comfortable in your own skin is surely a noble goal.  I'm sure we all appreciate the benefits of looking good as a result of good nutrition and hard work in the gym, although I don't think I'll ever be this comfortable:

"Coverage"

and

"Dinner"
