Daily Pondering / Question of the Day:
  • If your body hurts and you don't want to go to the workout, just show up anyway. If you don't, that's ok, but here's a few reasons why you should.
    • You'll be reinforcing the habit of consistency.
    • You can do some extra stretching.
    • You will probably hear something you haven't heard before.
    • You will spend time with good people who have similar, positive goals.
    • You can do a heavily scaled workout and really concentrate on technique.
