Daily Pondering / Question of the Day:
- Dear Crossfit,
I have considered myself something of an athlete for the past 17 years. Then one day, a friend turns me on to your website. I was fascinated by the approach and thought I'd give it a try. The overhead squats damn near killed me. My push-up and pull-up numbers are pathetic. I just did my first set of Tabata squats - and almost threw up. Turns out I'm not - and probably never was - in good shape. But, now I am at least aware of my deficiencies and I look forward each week, with great delight, to see what type of pain and suffering you're going to throw my way. Thanks for the great site and sharing the information. -Chris Doughty - Post your replies to the comments below.
