Saturday WOD - 04 September 2010

Location:
  • ONDEG Fitness, 23 Main Avenue North, Choteau, MT
  • (Enter through the door in the alley.)
Times:

Today's focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
    • Oxidative
  • Mode
    • Monostructural
Warm-up:
  • Shoulder stretch (on your own)
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Perfect / Samson stretch
  • Windmill stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • Tabata duck walk
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Duck walk
  • Farmer's walk
WOD:
"Team Air Walk"
Group will split into teams.  Thirty minutes to get max distance on Airdyne and farmer's walk (carrying a 25 pound dumbell in each hand).

Post-WOD skill / strengthening / conditioning:

  • Rope climb, 3x
