So far, so good.

We've made the transition to the new box.  Lots of work to be done still!  It's not organized the way it should be, but it will get there.  There's still some cleaning to be done, but at least the rubber floor is clean.  There's no wall-ball targets yet, but there's plenty of room for thrusters.  We can't use the bands yet, but there's always body rows, assisted pull-ups or jumping pull-ups.  We've got a nice lounge area if you want to hang out and have some coffee or Kool-Aid. 

Thanks for waiting patiently for the WODs to be posted...I've been swamped for the past week and the posts haven't been very timely.

And a big, very special thanks to the crew who helped move all the gear out of the cave and into the new box!  Sure is nice to have some sunshine and fresh air during the WODs!
