Schedule Additions
We are adding some workout times!
The usual times are still available as a group format: 6am, 6pm, and 7pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. 6am, 9am, and 6pm on Saturday. No WODs on Thursday and Sunday.
Personal training is available from 10-11am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. This time is available for On Ramp training sessions, or to brush up on technique. This time must be scheduled and additional fees may apply...please speak with Paul or Jessica for more details.
Open gym is available from 11am-2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. "Open gym" means you may come into the box to get your WOD done for the day if you can't make it to one of the three group sessions.

Here's how open gym works:
- The gym is only available to paid members who have completed the On Ramp course.
- You should expect to do the WOD (workout of the day). An exception to this would be making up a WOD you missed earlier in the week.
- You must schedule your WOD! If you don't call (or text) Paul at (406) 590-7783, you might find the door locked! The gym is only open to those who schedule their WOD, unless you are lucky and show up when someone else is here to do their WOD. If you want to workout with someone, find a partner and show up at the same time.
- Nothing changes as far as the WOD procedure. Plan to spend the usual hour...dynamic stretching / body movement, warm-up, skills, WOD, post-WOD activities and stretching.
- You are expected to warm-up on your own. This includes our typical dynamic stretching / body movements and the warm-up set / rep scheme that is specified for the day. An exception to this would be the need for a trainer to run the clock for a Tabata series, etc. Failure to adequately raise body temperature and heart rate during the warm-up will result in the trainer prescribing an appropriate additional warm-up.
- Skill sessions are trainer-led. No unsupervised training is allowed at anytime.
- WODs and post-WOD activities are trainer-led. The trainer will suggest modifications, substitutions and scaling as appropriate. Trainer will start the clock during timed events, and will provide spotting as necessary. Motivation, cues, and corrections will be provided the same as you would expect in a group workout.
- Stretching is to be completed on your own. You are responsible for your stretching! It's important! Spend a few minutes stretching and focusing on any areas that need more attention.
