- Shoulder stretch (on your own)
- Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
- Perfect / Samson stretch
- Windmill stretch
- Wrist stretch
- Circuit: 2 x 30 seconds:
- Push: dip
- Pull: body row
- Midline flex: flutter kick
- Midline extend: Superman
- Hip open / close: OHS (10#)
- Hip mobility

- Knee against corner of box and floor, other foot on floor. Femur in line with body.
- Open hip with hand on ground. Squeeze glutes...contract and relax. Work for two minutes.
- Raise body and open hip beyond full extension.

- Airdyne 90 seconds. (Record distance)
- One round of Barbara. (Record time to complete)
- Pull-up x20
- Push-up x30
- Sit-up x40
- Squat x50
- DU x5 minutes
