ONDEG ONDEAR
We made it!
All ten of the intrepid ONDEG'rs who started the climb on Saturday morning, September 11th, made it to the top!
It was a long day. We decided to leave from the trailhead at the end of the Bellview road. Going up, we took the north side, and circled counter-clockwise around the back to the summit access. On the way down, we circled clock-wise again to the south side.
It's quite possible that everyone will be sore for the next few days...imagine a WOD that is nine hours long that consists of walking lunges, box jumps and double-unders. Yeah, it sucked. But very rewarding.
Most often heard quote at the end of the climb: "Scratch that one off the bucket list!"

PS: there's talk of doing it one more time before the weather gets bad...any interest?

so proud of my friends who made the hike. i have always wanted to go there, too. Maybe next time. Keep up the good work. m
