    Personally, I think it's better to go and modify. Last week I thought it was not going to be my day. After warming up I felt better. Sometimes it doesn't work that way, I've been known to spend a lot of time rowing through the pain-smooth, stretching movement exercises. I think if I stopped going everytime I hurt, I'd just give up and not go at all. So for me...I'll keep coming!
