Saturday's WOD is a 20 Minute Row...How Far Can You Go?
Sign up at the gym for the time slot you want. If the time slot you want is taken, sign up for a 20 minute bike ride. Either way, it sucks, but it's a great test of your cardiovascular and respiratory endurance.
You are on your own for your warm-up...show up at least ten minutes before your 20 minute session to get warmed up and then do your 20 minutes. You are welcome to work on other skills while others are rowing or biking. NOTE: if you show up late, your time on the machine is abbreviated...you will have to end your session at the designated time.
Time slots start at 6am and end at 11:50am. Remember: two rowers and four bikes available per slot.
