  • Shoulder stretch
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Perfect / Samson stretch
  • Windmill stretch

    • Push:  push-up (hand-release at the bottom, hips don't touch the ground)
    • Pull:  body row

    • Hip open / close:  jumping lunge
