Meet at the gym...6am, 9am, 6pm.
Warm-up until ten minutes after the hour.
Run 4miles.
Route: from gym run to Main Avenue staying on the left side of the road. Turn right (north) at Main Avenue and run to Airport Hill Road. Turn right again (east) at Airport Hill Road (Elk Country Grill) and run to the top of the hill, all the way to Highway 220 (Conrad cut-across). Turn right again at Highway 220 (south) and run to Highway 221, then left (east) back to the gym.
Stretch afterwards. Hydrate. Eat a good meal full of carbs and protein (easy on the fat) within 60 minutes.
Relax for the rest of the day.
Go out and party, but get home early and get some good rest!
If you are available to help Jessica move to her new place, hang around after the 6am workout and we'll grab a coffee then help her get the big stuff moved.
