Note:  Today's workouts are open to the public.  Please bring a friend!  We are hosting a "Barbells for Boobs" Fundraiser today.  Each workout will be the same:  "Grace".  (With a barbell, perform the clean and jerk 30 times as fast as you can.)

If you want to contribute to the "Mammograms in Action" program, you can participate by gathering a minimum of $35 in donations (from yourself or others), then completing the "Grace" workout.
