Friends and Family Month

Got a friend or family member who'd like to join you for a workout?  Bring them along to any regular group session workout in November and they can participate for free!

Friends and family members will have to sign a waiver, and they will be limited to bodyweight exercises.  If the group is large, they might be asked to observe rather than participate, but we'll make room as much as we can.

Clarification:  anyone who has completed a beginners' course (Boot Camp, On Ramp, etc) is not eligible for free training!
