Burpees for Dollars!
The Chamber of Commerce here in Choteau is hosting the annual Christmas Stroll this Saturday, December 4th. We have a large number of Choteau business owners that are members of our little "family", so I'm encouraging you to support their businesses during the Stroll.
Here's how you can support them, and earn yourself a bit of relief on the next gymnastics day (Monday, December 6th). The workout on the 6th will start out with 100 burpees for time. If you shop at any of the businesses owned by an ONDEG member on December 4th, bring your receipts to the workout on December 6th and you can subtract the dollar amount you spent from your burpees! You must bring your receipts for proof!

Yeah, it's really gonna suck on Monday for anyone who doesn't spend a few bucks Christmas shopping on Saturday!
