Daily Pondering / Question of the Day:
  • A couple ways to slowly change your thinking about nutrition:
    • Restrict the types of food you eat.  Choose unprocessed foods.  If that thing you are putting into put in your grocery basket doesn't start to go bad in three to four days, choose something else that will.
    • Eat moderately...just enough to fuel your body for daily sustenance.  Take your activity level into consideration.  If you want to decrease your size (i.e. lose fat), restrict your intake consistently and gauge your progress by your SIZE, not your WEIGHT.  If you want to increase your size (i.e. gain muscle), eat more.
    • Simple.
