  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Wrist stretch
  • Perfect / Samson stretch

  • 1 x 15:
    • Push:  dip
    • Midline flex:  v-up / twist
    • Midline extend:  weighted good morning
    • Hip open / close:  walking lunge 
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Straight-legged deadlift
