Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Medicine ball clean
Primary workout:
"Cindy Goes 'Round"
30 minutes.  Goal is 15 or more rounds of:
  • Pull-up x5
  • Push-up x10
  • Squat x15
  • Double-under x20
    • Rest if you complete the round in less than two minutes, or start another round right away to get more than 15 rounds in the 30 minutes.
    • Bell will ring every minute.
Supplemental workout:
12 Days of Christmas Challenge.  Day 7!
