Primary workout:

Two rounds.  Rotate through each exercise at each station.  One minute at each exercise.  Rest one minute after finishing each station.
  • Station one (monostructural):
    • Jump back, relax, repeat
    • Jump once, loop twice

    • Worse than the worst medieval torture device
    • Backside of Ear Mountain
    • The way Pooh walks
  • Station two (bodyweight):
    • A push, a jump, another push
    • Tarzan's ladder
    • Jump 'n' squat
    • Rockin' around the Christmas tree
    • Super duper tighten that pooper
    • Hand to hand if you can
  • Station three (external loads):
    • Cattle balls a swingin'
    • Double-touch accuracy test
    • Suicide with heavy stuff
    • Hug a twinkie and run
    • Sledding (the not fun kind)
    • Beat that ball down
