I had hoped to come up with some poignant remarks as we head into the new year, but there are so many subjects that I want to address, I guess I will just have to chip away at the list over the next couple weeks.
One thing that you should be aware of is the new gym phone number: (406) 590-6339. You can still contact me by calling my cell phone, but the new phone number will be published as the primary contact number. So, if you see a text message in your inbox from this number, you'll know who it is.
I plan to send text messages to every member who has a cell phone...so if you'd rather not receive them, just text me back and I'll take you off the list. The text messages will be regarding schedule changes, important information and updates that are urgent or time-sensitive.
Hope your new year has started off right!

Daily Pondering / Question of the Day:
- My new years resolution: to be more resolute. It's the same resolution I've had for a number of years, and I'm not sure if I'm successful. Maybe I should put my resolutions into more of a goal format? After all, "more resolute" is ambiguous. Project management and sometimes performance management specifies that goals should be "S.M.A.R.T."
- Specific
- Measurable
- Attainable
- Relevant
- Time-bound
- Are your goals SMART?
