Fueling for Competition

For those of you who are competing on the 15th in Missoula (and those of you are thinking about it, or SHOULD be thinking about it), here are some articles you should read.

They contain some good insight to elite CrossFitters and what they eat during their competitions.  What you will find is that they are likely eating in some sort of Paleo or Zone fashion, and they don't change their meal structure during competitions.  If it does change, it's to assist with quick recovery between workouts.
