Probably both! I don't think I could shovel ALL that snow without the strength training over the past year and a half. Besides this is great for my 100 day challenge, although it's making me question my sanity and my strength for undertaking that challenge! "Well alright, hold my sign!"

Search for "virtual shoveling"...some gyms actually use it during workouts!

I like the barbell exercises though I still probably need the cardio exercises more.

Hi Sheriff...thanks for the input. We will be working more cardio-type workouts into the mix once we get a handle on the weightlifting routines. Glad you are enjoying the barbell exercises...and the cardio for that matter!
