Here's an article about "losing that stubborn belly fat".  Interesting that it doesn't mention the fact that fueling with grain-based foods (regardless of whole grain or refined grain) is a bad choice.  Why?  The glycemic index silly!  There's better choices for your carbohydrate intake.  Vegetables.  Some fruit.  Little starch.  NO sugar.  (as said by Greg Glassman, founder of CrossFit )

Don't get me started on the gluten found in most grains.

And for gosh sakes, can we get off the "six-pack abs" BS?  Your abs are already a six pack.  If you don't see the six pack, then you need to remove the fat.  Simple.  Not easy.

Change your diet if you want to change how you look.  Change your diet if you want to change how you feel.  Change your diet if you want to change how you perform.

Quit killing yourself in workouts thinking that intense exercise is all it takes to lose the fat.

But, what do I know?  I guess we should just rely on the USDA for our "healthy" food choices.  The USDA, an organization that admittedly prioritizes the marketing of food above health concerns says we should eat a diet based on grains.  Stunning.

What a joke.
