Some topics to consider:
We are one week away from being half way through the 100 Day Challenge. Are you still on track? Have you lost focus? Are you accomplishing your goal? What happens after day 100? Back to the old ways of sloth and gluttony?
Are you going to Missoula to cheer on the ONDEG athletes at the competition this weekend? Competing athletes are Steve and Allison, Cody and Tracy(?).
No workouts on Friday evening. Also, no workouts at all on Saturday.
