Study as Much as You Sweat:
- I invented a couple new words: "technintensity" and "intensitechnique".
- One is "right" and one is "wrong".
- Which is which?
Nutrition Tip of the Day:
Daily Pondering / Question of the Day:
- Which would you rather have said about you:
"watch this gal's/guy's movement, its beautiful!"
-or-
"wow, she/he finished that workout fast"
- Post your replies to the comments below.
Technintensity (say that 5 times real fast)...
because if you are doing a movement real hard(intense) and doing it wrong(tech) you are in for a world of hurt!

Excellent Karen! Technique first, then intensity. Good Job!
