Schedule Change - 9am
The only consensus that has been reached so far regarding the schedule is that 9am will work instead of 11am. So, we are officially changing the time to 9am.
Also, the 9am group will now be 5 days per week! We are adding Tuesday so now you can workout at 9am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
