Book Club...and Now the Cook Club
We had a smaller group tonight for the book club, but a very good discussion nonetheless. We have finished discussing Robb Wolf's The Paleo Solution and have moved on to the application of the concepts, particularly the 30 day meal plan. General consensus is that everyone is enjoying the meals in Robb's 30 day menu. Since the paleo diet is essentially focusing on the "quality" of food, now we will look at "quantity". The Zone by Barry Sears is our next book assignment. Pick it up today and get started on it. Not sure how many chapters we'll try to get through...I'll get back to you.
