- OHS with sott's press
- Quick feet (20s each) with burpee x3
- Power clean
30 minutes, no rest. Goal is 15 or more rounds of:
- Clean x1
- Pull-up x5
- Push-up x10
- Squat x15
- Double-under x20
- Rest if you complete the round in less than two minutes, or start another round right away to get more than 15 rounds in the 30 minutes.
- Bell will ring every minute.
