  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement

  • OHS with sott's press
  • Quick feet (20s each) with burpee x3
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Power clean
Primary workout:
30 minutes, no rest.  Goal is 15 or more rounds of:
  • Clean x1
  • Pull-up x5
  • Push-up x10
  • Squat x15
  • Double-under x20
    • Rest if you complete the round in less than two minutes, or start another round right away to get more than 15 rounds in the 30 minutes.
    • Bell will ring every minute.
