OK, another late night and I need to get home...sorry these posts are incomplete...but, you know the drill by now, right?
Warm-up:
Death by Power Clean
Since we didn't have time for it yesterday...
DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE PALEO POT LUCK FOR TOMORROW NIGHT'S COOK CLUB!
Warm-up:
- DS/BM, wrists, P/S, Achilles, shoulders, squat
2 rounds:
- Max push-ups.
- Sprint length of gym.
- *Make sure to begin sprint from push up position.
- Bear crawl back to start.
- Max DU's in ten minutes, no rest.
- Stop and do ten KTE after every 100.
- For singles, stop after 300.
Death by Power Clean
- With a continuously running clock do one power clean the first minute, two power cleans the second minute, three power cleans the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.
- Use 55% - 65% of 1RM power clean
Since we didn't have time for it yesterday...
- TGU, work up to the heaviest load you can do safely with each arm.
