OK, another late night and I need to get home...sorry these posts are incomplete...but, you know the drill by now, right?

Warm-up:
  • DS/BM, wrists, P/S, Achilles, shoulders, squat
2 rounds:
    • Max push-ups.
    • Sprint length of gym.
      • *Make sure to begin sprint from push up position.
    • Bear crawl back to start.
Workout, part I:
  • Max DU's in ten minutes, no rest.
  • Stop and do ten KTE after every 100.
    • For singles, stop after 300.
Workout, part II:
Death by Power Clean

  • With a continuously running clock do one power clean the first minute, two power cleans the second minute, three power cleans the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.
    • Use 55% - 65% of 1RM power clean
Supplemental workout:
Since we didn't have time for it yesterday...
  • TGU, work up to the heaviest load you can do safely with each arm.
Stretch
