Cues Used by The Big Boys

I've been doing a great deal of study on the methods used at Westside Barbell.  Have a look at their website and read/watch some of the material found on the CrossFit Journal.  Interesting stuff.

I was pleased to read that
"...the cues you'll hear us say constantly are

- Chest up
- Sit Back
- Knees out"
Wow.  Ever heard those cues before?
