Hah!  Late night at Audrey's paleo pot luck.  Was no "zoning" with all that good chow.   I ate enough for three days of Dr. Sears' Zone plan.

So, hopefully getting on track with the workout posts after the weekend.

This is going up right before the 6pm workout, so a fair number of you have already been here and done the workout...but I'll post it anywayzzzz.
