Consistency

A representative from Victoria's Secret called today...wondered if anyone was interested in a photoshoot.

I said I would ask around.  Any takers?

Of course I'm joking, but I thought it was funny that this guy mentioned it in this article.

I've mentioned it in every Boot Camp, On Ramp, and Beginners' Course since we started...consistency is the key.  You want results?  Be consistent.
  • Be consistent in proper fueling.
  • Be consistent in attendance.
  • Be consistent in technique.
  • Be consistent in intensity.
  • Be consistent in recovery.
  • Be consistent in stretching.
  • Be consistent in education.
  • Be consistent in attitude.
  • Be consistent in consistency.
In the article mentioned above, the author states that in his experience, consistency is key.  I agree.  In my experience, the ones who get results (regardless of the type of results) are the ones who show up regularly, work hard, and most importantly, cut the crap from their diet.
"Success is the progressive realization of a predetermined, worthwhile goal."  -Earl Nightingale
Results = success.  As long as you set a goal, continually work towards it, and make progress, you can call yourself successful.

Don't have a goal?  Not making progress towards your goal?  It's my fault.  I should be assisting you with your goals and your progression, but it requires communication both ways.  Come see me about your goals and we'll make a plan to get you there.  I want you to be successful...its good for us all when we get positive results from our program.

What did you think of this article?
