- Don't forget: Movie Night is 6pm at the gym this Thursday. The first half of "Food, Inc." will be shown followed by a discussion. This informal get-together is coordinated by Mountain Front Market and Meadows Ranch Natural Beef. Bring a healthy dish to share (meats, vegetables, some fruit, little starch, no gluten or sugar). Bring a friend too! There will be plenty of seating, the fire will be toasty and the discussion will be fun! Free Kool-aid too!
