Sweetheart Week
February 14th through 19th is SWEETHEART WEEK! Bring your sweetheart to the workouts all week long free of charge. Show them how you've mastered the clean and can press a barbell better than you can press a shirt. Well, something like that. Anyway...bring 'em in and see what all the fuss is about. There will be extra pitchers of Kool-aid available all week!

And, it wouldn't be right without a couple rules (right, Tracy?):
Now, show them you love them by bringing them to a workout and learn what it's like to "get fogged up!"

- If the group is huge (more than a dozen) then they might have to skip part of the workout. I have to make sure everyone is safe, so I can't be distracted by newbies and their questions.
- They will be limited to bodyweight and PVC movements. (Maybe a little weight if they are "experienced" and "fit".)
- They have to sign a waiver. (So make sure they show up early the first time.)
- Anyone who has been through initial training is allowed to attend as a guest, but be assured that I will hound them to be paying members again.
- Anyone qualifies as a sweetheart, however, if it's not a spouse or "S.O" then be prepared for an abundance of ridicule.
