Thirty minutes. Goal is 15 or more rounds of:
- Book Club: Skipping this week...we will resume next Thursday (31 March) at 6pm. Make your suggestions for the next book to read by leaving a comment or email.
- Movie Night: Rather than sitting down to watch a movie
together, then have a discussion afterward, let's try a new approach:
Get online with Hulu and watch the movies Super Size Me and Fat Head. Then, we'll pick a date for a pot luck get-together to talk about the two movies and their conflicting messages.
- Trainers' meeting: Saturday at 7:30am. Clean review and instruction.

Thirty minutes. Goal is 15 or more rounds of:
- Pull-up x5
- Push-up x10
- Squat x15
- Double-under x20
- Rest if you complete the round in less than two minutes, or start another round right away to get more than 15 rounds in the 30 minutes.
- Bell will ring every minute.
You can keep track of your rounds by tying an overhand knot each time you complete one!Mobility:

- So far, the only suggestions for book club are books from Gary Taubes.
