News, Announcements, and Special Events:
  • Book Club:  Skipping this week...we will resume next Thursday (31 March) at 6pm.  Make your suggestions for the next book to read by leaving a comment or email.
  • Movie Night:  Rather than sitting down to watch a movie together, then have a discussion afterward, let's try a new approach:  Get online with Hulu and watch the movies Super Size Me and Fat Head.  Then, we'll pick a date for a pot luck get-together to talk about the two movies and their conflicting messages.
  • Trainers' meeting:  Saturday at 7:30am.  Clean review and instruction.

"Cindy Goes 'Round"

Thirty minutes.  Goal is 15 or more rounds of:
  • Pull-up x5
  • Push-up x10
  • Squat x15
  • Double-under x20
    • Rest if you complete the round in less than two minutes, or start another round right away to get more than 15 rounds in the 30 minutes.
    • Bell will ring every minute.
You can keep track of your rounds by tying an overhand knot each time you complete one!
Mobility:
  • Tea cup rotations
Fueling:
  • So far, the only suggestions for book club are books from Gary Taubes.

  • Suck factor:  own the suck or the suck will own you.
