Sign up for a time: 6-10am and 4-6pm in 30 minute blocks. Three athletes per block. Afternoon blocks must be contiguous!
If the time slot you want is taken, sign up for a 20 minute bike ride. Either way, it sucks, but it's a great test of your stamina.
You are on your own for your warm-up...show up at least ten minutes before your 20 minute session to get warmed up and then do your 20 minutes.
You are welcome to work on other skills while others are rowing or biking.
NOTE: if you show up late, your time on the machine is abbreviated...you will have to end your session at the designated time.
