  • Run, row, ride, rope:  20 minutes total.
Strength, Stamina:
"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest, eight rounds of each:
  • Pull-up
  • Push-up
  • Sit-up
  • Squat
There is no rest between exercises.  Record single total of reps from all 32 intervals.
