Five rounds, each for time:
Suicide man-maker
  • With a dumbbell in each hand (50% BW total), run a suicide and perform three man-makers (with a full squat) at each stop (three stops plus start line...don't forget to end with man-makers.)

  • It's not necessarily a bad thing if this happens to you after running a suicide man-maker:  Pukie the Cat
Nutrition:
  • If you eat "whole-wheat bread" or other flour-based products made from "whole grains", are you by default, eating "white flour"?
