  • Juggle one, two or three objects (five minutes)

Super Cindy Rocks!
 Three rounds:
  • Begin with 30 seconds Superman (hold)
  • Continue with a five minute AMRAP of "Cindy" (backwards)
    • Squat x15
    • Push-up x10
    • Pull-up x5
  • End with 30 seconds of hollow rock
  • Rest two minute
  • Repeat
