Super Cindy Rocks!
Three rounds:
- Begin with 30 seconds Superman (hold)
- Continue with a five minute AMRAP of "Cindy" (backwards)
- Squat x15
- Push-up x10
- Pull-up x5
- End with 30 seconds of hollow rock
- Rest two minute
- Repeat
