    • Hanging arch / TTB (3 sec hold)
    • Side plank with rotation
Review:
  • Sit-thru
  • DB push press
Workout:
Three rounds for time:
  • Sit-thru x6 (each side)
  • Bar jump x6
  • Deadlift x16 (65% 1RM)
  • DB push press x16
  • Walking lunge x26
  • Run to stop sign and back
