Bicycle Workout!

Here's one we've never done before...a bicycle workout.  No, not the Airdyne, although I know how much everyone loves that thing!

On Saturday, July 2nd, the only workout will be at 6am.  We will meet at the gym and commence a 10 mile bike ride.  The ride is a combination of highway and dirt road, so a mountain bike is best.  "Hybrids" or "urban" bikes are suitable as well...anything with rugged or semi-rugged tires will work.

Get your bike tuned-up and be ready to hit the road!

If you don't have a bike, borrow one!  You won't want to miss this.
