News, Announcements, and Special Events:
  • Saturday, 02 July:  the only workout on this day will be a 6am 10 mile bike ride.  Get your bike tuned-up and be ready to hit the road.

  • Ring row (single ring)
  • KB thruster (single arm)
  • DU's
Workout:
Continuous rounds, 20 minutes:
  • Ring row x3
  • Thruster x3 (each side)
  • DU x30 (singles x3)
    • Repeat, adding 3 thrusters to each side and 3 ring rows each time
