News, Announcements, and Special Events:
  • Saturday, 02 July:  the only workout on this day will be a 6am 10 mile bike ride.  Get your bike tuned-up and be ready to hit the road.  Special surprise at the half-way point!  (what could it be?)
  • Saturday, 02 July:  Got Grit?  Get together with your fellow ONDEG lunatics and form a team!
  • Monday, 04 July:  no workouts!  Join the ONDEG team for the fun run...talk with Paul about the details.
  • Olympic Weightlifting Seminar:  with Phil Sanderson, July 9th, at Alternative Athletics in Billings.  Carpooling available...not sure yet of departure / return times.
