No workouts at the gym today...coaches are at an Olympic Weightlifting seminar in Billings.
Here's the suggested workout:
You'll need a pull-up bar. Body rows will work, as will jumping pull-ups.
For twenty minutes, follow this pattern without resting:

- Pull-up x1
- Push-up x2
- Squat x3
- Add one repetition to each movement in each subsequent round.
- Pull-up x1
- Push-up x2
- Squat x3
- Pull-up x2
- Push-up x3
- Squat x4
- Pull-up x3
- Push-up x4
- Squat x5
