No workouts at the gym today...coaches are at an Olympic Weightlifting seminar in Billings.

Here's the suggested workout:

You'll need a pull-up bar.  Body rows will work, as will jumping pull-ups.

For twenty minutes, follow this pattern without resting:
  • Pull-up x1
  • Push-up x2
  • Squat x3
  • Add one repetition to each movement in each subsequent round.
So, for round one:
  • Pull-up x1
  • Push-up x2
  • Squat x3
Round two:
  • Pull-up x2
  • Push-up x3
  • Squat x4
Round three:
  • Pull-up x3
  • Push-up x4
  • Squat x5
Etcetera, for twenty minutes...record how many rounds you get.
