    Workout, part I:
    • Deadlift, SS
    Workout, part II:
    Ten minutes, add one rep in each successive round.  Every two minutes, do five sit-ups and five supermans.
    • Body row x1
    • Push-up x2
    • Squat x3
    Stretch / Mobility
