Workout:
Three rounds:
  • Burpee x30
  • DB Bear x5 (DL x3 / Clean x3 / Push press x3)
  • Row 1000m / Bike 1.0 mile / DU x200 or singles x500
    • Not enough for you?  Do one more round and run to the top of the hill.
    • Still not enough?  Do DU's if you did singles, or singles if you did DU's.
