Recommended workout:  (from CrossFit Montana's 2010 Winter Challenge)
Row 1000m, then three rounds:
  • Front squat x10 (Rx'd 155/105, Intermediate 105/75, Beginner 75/55)
  • Pull-up x10 (Intermediate/Beginner:  jumping)
  • Box jump x25 (Rx'd 24″, Intermediate 24″, Beginner 24″, but step ups are allowed)
Stretch / Mobility
