Fifty of each.  One round.  Storm through for time.  (in order, do not advance on to the next movement until you complete the set):
  • Box jump (24")
  • Jumping pull-up
  • Kettlebell swing, 1 pood
  • Walking lunge
  • Knees to elbows
  • Push press (45#)
  • Back extension
  • Wall ball (20#) - sub muscle snatch (45#) or power snatch (65#)
  • Burpee - sub roll-up burpee with jump one foot above max reach
  • Double under
