Design your own "Fight Gone Bad" style workout.

- 7:00pm (beginners)
- Row 500m or bike 0.5mile as soon as you walk in the door
- Continue warming up on your own until the coach begins the session
- DS/BM

- P/S/P
- Achilles

Design your own "Fight Gone Bad" style workout.
- Three rounds
- Five stations each round
- One minute each station
- One minute rest after each round
- Seventeen minutes total
- Stations should be mixed modes: one monostructural, two bodyweight, two weightlifting
- Each repetition of each movement should match the others metabolically...think a moderately taxing load, over a long range of motion, while performing repetitions quickly, efficiently and safely (with proper technique...duh!)
